Overington Surveyors has been involved in land development in the Taupo region since 2005. The practice originally traded under the name of Boulder Consultants Ltd. In September 2013 Boulder Consultants Ltd changed it’s trading name to Overington Surveyors to align with the Whakatane office.
This practice has been servicing the Central North Island in a wide range of land development projects. The team offer a range of services from assessing feasibility and cost of subdivisions, subdivision design, resource consent applications, engineering design, and surveying to facilitate the issue of new certificates of title. Utilising modern technology and computer software the team is also able to provide setout for engineering and construction works.

John has been surveying for 40 years and has worked for the government, local authorities and for consultant surveyors. He took over as Principal of Boulder Consultants (Taupo) and Ross Overington Surveyors (Whakatane) when Boulder Consultants (CNI) Limited purchased the practice in November 2004. He is now a shareholder and director of Boulder Consultants and based principally in the Taupo office of Overington Surveyors.

Callum comes from a family of land surveyors with both his father and grandfather being surveyors. Callum has worked as a surveyor for over 15 years and it is anticipated that he will become licensed in 2014. He is now a shareholder and director of Boulder Consultants and based in the Taupo office of Overington Surveyors.
