Get creative and light up your holidays at this free paper lantern workshop! Open to children and whānau of all ages, this hands-on activity is a chance to decorate your very own lantern using the materials provided – including a light to make it shine.

Once you've finished, take your lantern to the Mercury Light Hub and watch it glow as part of the Taupō Winter Festival’s magical night displays.

All materials are supplied, and everyone is welcome to join in the fun.
