PUBLIC NOTICE 

Lake Taupo Sailing Adventures Limited, 22 Rauhoto Street, Taupo, has made an application to the District Licensing Committee at Taupo for a New On Licence in respect of the premises situated at Berth # 14, Taupo Boat Harbour, Redoubt Street, Taupo, and known as “Kindred Spirit”.

The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is that of a Conveyance (Boat). The days on which and the hours which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are: Monday to Sunday from 10.00am to 10.00pm.

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Taupo District Licensing Committee, Taupo District Council, 30 Tongariro Street, Taupo.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of the application may, no later than 15 working days after the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Taupo District Licensing Committee at Taupo District Council, Private Bag 2005, Taupo Mail Centre, Taupo 3352.
